1. The offer
The $39 Starter Package includes the Mobile Windshield Business Blueprint eBook and one professional 1-page landing page. The $99 Complete Launch Package includes the eBook, one professional 3–5 page website, and one professional business logo. Each is a one-time purchase subject to the intake process described on the site.
2. Digital delivery & refunds
Because this is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final unless required otherwise by applicable law. Contact support if you experience delivery issues.
3. Website build
Delivery timing is confirmed after a completed intake and required assets are received. The finished website is delivered as source files and/or a hosted preview. Hosting, domain registration, advanced functionality, and ongoing maintenance are separate unless expressly stated.
4. License
The eBook is licensed for your personal and business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the eBook or landing page source files.
5. No professional advice
The Blueprint provides general information and is not legal, tax, insurance, or business advice. Windshield work — particularly ADAS calibration — may be regulated in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for licenses, permits, insurance, and safe operating practices.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
